Miracle Worker Spotlight
Hi there, Miracle Workers!
We wanted to pop in and highlight some of our very special Walmart associates and the exciting fundraising efforts they are making!
Tammy is an associate, and earlier this month, she brought three assistants along for an exciting fundraising experience!
First, meet Max! Max was born with Right Hypoplastic Heart Syndrome; meaning, he has only half a heart. In his short life he has already fought through three open heart surgeries. Next up, Corbin! Corbin was born with a severe hernia and underdeveloped lungs, leaving him with a 10% chance at survival. Despite their different challenges, Max, Corbin and his little brother Sam, still came out to help Tammy fundraise at Walmart. The team served cotton candy and hot dogs to customers all day. Their efforts were able to raise $355.97!

We are so proud of the work Tammy, Max, Corbin, Sam, and others like them are doing every day. Tammy told us, “It is an amazing feeling when businesses and individuals that have donated to CMN get to actually interact with the children they have helped!”
Every single donation makes a difference, and we love when associates bring their creativity and positive energy to their fundraising efforts.

Children’s Miracle Network would not be what it is without you! Walmart and its associates so successfully exemplify what it means to be a miracle worker, and we want to say thank you from everybody here at Children’s Miracle Network.
In the words of Corbin, “Is there really any better way to pay it forward to help kids like me and Max than making cotton candy? I mean, who doesn’t like cotton candy?!”
Keep up the good work; and please, continue to share your fundraising ideas with us!
